Ask Us Anything About AICA
We're recording an in-depth AICA session soon. Submit a question and we'll take it on during the demo!
AICA, the Audit Intelligence Compliance Assistance, is a patent-pending AI-powered compliance auditing tool we launched this year that analyzes all of your QMS documentation at machine speed.
It eliminates the sampling and blind spots common with fully manual document reviews. Upload your documents and get results the same day. If you’re new to AICA, learn more about it at aica.thefdagroup.com. Get a personalized demo here, or watch our intro below.
We’ll be recording a detailed session on AICA later this month. The short demos we’ve published so far (here and here) cover AICA’s workflow at a high level. This one will go deeper, and we want the questions in it to come from you.
Joining the session will be Eric Boyd, who leads the AICA client team, Alan Greathouse, our Senior Director of Quality and Service Assurance, senior quality consultant Neal Siegel, and Diana Cheban from EPAM, our development partner on the tool.
If there’s anything you’ve been wondering about the tool, use the form below to ask, and we’ll address it during the session.
Any and all questions are welcome. If you’re curious about something, others probably are, too!
What we’ll cover in the deep dive
A few things we’ll tackle in the session you’ll be able to watch on-demand whenever you want:
The problem the tool was built for, including what FDA inspection data says about written procedures as a category of citation, and what document sampling does and doesn’t catch.
A live walkthrough. Scoping an audit, uploading documentation, the heat map, and how observations map back to specific CFR sections.
How AICA was built. Neal, who will be joining us, worked on tuning AICA’s analysis against real quality documentation, and he’ll talk about how its accuracy changed over the course of that work. (We spoke to him about that already here.) Diana will cover how EPAM’s developers and our regulatory people worked together.
Where AICA differs from a general-purpose AI model, particularly in gaps that only show up when procedures are read against each other rather than one at a time.
A panel Q&A answering your questions, the accuracy framework, data security, the human review step, and what’s next on the roadmap.
Stay tuned for more!
